Study Duration: Approximately 5 years from the time the first participant is randomized.

Participants with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis who are candidates for phototherapy or systemic treatment of psoriasis defined by the Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) ≥ 12, the body surface area (BSA) ≥ 10 %, and the static Physician’s Global Assessment (sPGA) 0 ≥ 3 at the time of Screening Visit and Day 1.
